Indication:
- Chronic catarrhal conditions of the middle ear.
- Symptoms such as snapping and noises in the ear.
- Earache with mastoid involvement.
- Great effusion in the auricle.
Composition (per 5 ml):
- Borax - 6: 1.00 ml
- Kali Muriaticum - 6: 1.00 ml
- Calcarea Picrata - 12: 1.50 ml
- Tellurium - 6: 0.50 ml
- Mercurius Solubilis - 6: 0.50 ml
- Hydrastis Canadensis - Q: 0.50 ml
Mode of Action:
- Borax 6x: Reduces inflammation and swelling in the ears, aiding in pus discharge.
- Kali Muriaticum 6x: Alleviates earache from congestion or swelling in the middle ear or Eustachian tubes; helps with swollen glands.
- Calcarea Picrata 6x: Addresses perifollicular inflammation in the ear.
- Tellurium 6x: Manages painful throbbing with discharge, leading to a watery, foul-smelling fluid after a few days.
- Mercurius Solubilis 6x: Helps with pus discharge from the ear and external ear ulceration.
- Hydrastis Canadensis Q: Targets otorrhea with thick mucous discharge, fullness in the forehead, and associated pain.
